In-Person Participation
The registration fee for in-person participants includes full access to all sessions, luncheons, meal sessions, exhibitions, poster sessions, the welcome reception, a full-access badge, one copy of the final program, speaker videos, presentation slides, electronic posters, an electronic copy of the abstract proceedings published in the official CLML journal supplement, the online exhibit hall for collaboration and information-sharing opportunities, CE credits, and other workshop-related materials. In-person attendees will also receive access to the on-demand session recordings for three months following SOHO 2026.
On-Demand Participation
Registration for on-demand attendance is available for those who wish to watch the on-demand recordings. The on-demand registration fee includes access to available session recordings, the online exhibit hall for collaboration and information-sharing opportunities, and on-demand content for three months following SOHO 2026.
On-demand attendees will also have access to speaker videos, presentation slides, electronic posters, electronic copy of the final program, electronic copy of the abstract proceedings published in the official CLML journal supplement, and CE credits. Session recordings will be available 24 hours after each session.

Poster Walks
The SOHO 2026 Poster Walks will be scheduled on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday during each lunch time on LEVEL 3, POSTER HALL, B3. Lunch will be provided at each Poster Walk.
Poster leaders will lead a group to view the top 3 to 4 top posters in a specific disease category.
The Poster walks are designed to include:
- a brief overview of the selected poster;
- an interactive question-and-answer period amongst your group and the poster presenter
- the Poster Walk Leader is responsible for moderating the discussion between the audience and the poster presenter.
If interested in participating in a Poster Walk, select "ONE" poster walk each day on the registration agenda page. Space is limited so sign up early.

Tuesday Session: Practical Strategies for Optimizing Outcomes in MDS and AML
New this year, Practical Strategies for Optimizing Outcomes in MDS and AML will be held on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, one day prior to the official opening of the Annual Meeting. This educational session will be available exclusively in person, with on-demand access provided following the event. The session is designed to provide clinicians with practical strategies and expert insights to help integrate the latest advances in MDS and AML care into everyday clinical practice.
If you would like to participate in this practical session on strategies for optimizing outcomes in MDS and AML, make sure to select it on the agenda when you register. The session will use a case-based interactive format filled with practical tips and strategies for learners to integrate into their own practice. Select this session on your agenda registration page, only if plan on attending in person on Tuesday, September 8th at 3:00 pm CST. The session will not be livestreamed and only available as on demand within 24 hours.
