Registration for on-demand content allows access to virtual content beginning September 10, 2023. Those selecting this option  may view on-demand recordings for 12-months post-SOHO 2023 as well as access to online posters, an online copy of the program and an online copy of the abstract proceedings supplement.

SOHO 2023 Cancellation and Substitution Policy

Notice of registration cancellation must be received in writing by SOHO no later than August 15, 2023. No refunds will be processed after that date.

Substitutions are permitted with a $50 transfer fee and written authorization from the original registrant. There are no refunds for a change in registration category. If the original registrant is a SOHO Member, the substitute must also be a SOHO Member or pay the difference between the regular and member registration prices. For virtual meeting registrations, substitutions are permitted with a $15 transfer fee and written authorization from the original registrant.

A $50 cancellation fee will be deducted from each refunded annual meeting registration. A $15 cancellation fee will be deducted from each refunded virtual annual meeting registration.
