Notice of registration cancellation must be received in writing by SOHO no later than August 15, 2023. No refunds will be processed after that date.
Substitutions are permitted with a $50 transfer fee and written authorization from the original registrant. There are no refunds for a change in registration category. If the original registrant is a SOHO Member, the substitute must also be a SOHO Member or pay the difference between the regular and member registration prices. For virtual meeting registrations, substitutions are permitted with a $15 transfer fee and written authorization from the original registrant.

A $50 cancellation fee will be deducted from each refunded annual meeting registration. A $15 cancellation fee will be deducted from each refunded virtual annual meeting registration.
